Talevski takes the helm as new CEO to elevate Australian expertise and drive innovation.
MELBOURNE, Australia, August 10th, 2023 – Swann, an Australian-led global leader in consumer security solutions for over 35 years, today announced the appointment of Alex Talevski as its new CEO. This transition underscores the company’s commitment to local market expertise, setting the stage for an exciting chapter of growth.
After a nine year tenure at Swann, Talevski will play an integral role as CEO in leading the team to drive innovation both locally and globally. His strong industry portfolio spans several senior roles including CTO at Swann, BlueAnt Wireless, and Azure Healthcare (ASX:AZV). Talevski succeeds USA based Mike Lucas, who leaves an indelible legacy of seven years of leadership.

Talevski’s pioneering work in establishing and developing Swann’s highly rated cloud and app ecosystem known as ‘Swann Security’, which is designed and developed in Australia. This locally developed global ecosystem, compliant with NDAA (USA) GDPR (UK) regulations, proudly represents Australia’s largest IoT deployment.

Alex Talevski, who will be based at Swann’s global headquarters in Port Melbourne, commences as CEO immediately. An avid camper, DIY enthusiast and passionate Collingwood supporter, Talevski lives in Melbourne’s West with his wife, Olivia, and the couple’s two children.
